If I could rate the service for teletext holidays as minus -5 I would. Once you have booked and they have your money they will not help. I will be righting a full review once returned to the UK. We booked a 12 night holiday to lipades in Greece. Currently here. The flights were booked correctly, however, they only booked us in the hotel for 10 nights. After spending 1-3 hours a day on the phone to sort their mistake out. They owned up to it on day 7 of our holiday, they booked us in to a 1 star hotel for the last 2 nights of our holiday after we have been and paid for a 4 star hotel. They have now and have said a moment ago that they can now not going to provide our transfer from this 1 star hotel to the airport, despite this being included in our package. I really don’t want anyone to go through what we have gone through on this holiday. We have twin daughters and it has been nothing but stress. I will be righting a full review and adding photos from this terrible service and hotel they booked us in following their mistake. Extremely unhelpful and would strongly recommend using ‘ on the beach’. Full review to follow on my return. Reunited my holiday.
