The course was not as outlined in the course description. I purchased the teaching English online course, however it wasn’t mentioned that you need to have completed a different TEFL course beforehand.
Customer service was abysmal. The member of staff I spoke to was rude and eventually ignored my emails.
Overall extremely disappointed and would not recommend. Still trying to get my money back.
