I thought that the platform was great to use, everything very clearly explained and keeps you stimulated with a good amount of Quizzes, especially in the grammar course. The methodology course I found harder as there were longer videos to watch and the videos I found a little flat and I didn't know what I was looking for specifically, especially when watching a full class. One other point was that I think the course needs more time spent on how to do a lesson plan. You get to the end of the methodology learning, then it asks you to write a lesson plan but I don't know how to write one; or didn't. I think there should be a whole section just on different lesson plans or just more on them. And the last thing was that I felt that the tutors were quite difficult to approach, or when they answered it was quite cold. More like an examiner than a tutor, I didn't feel like I could ask for help as much as I'd like. In the Chats they just referred me to the tutor then I wouldn't ask the tutor. But the course really is amazingly well laid out, I just felt on my own & needed a bit more support especially as I am new to teaching. Thanks Ella
