The course was informative and interesting. But honestly the organisation and communication is abysmal. From giving assignments way before fully teaching topics, to conflicting feedback on assigment which lead to me nearly failing out, and being told because of this it would be escalated to senior course management, only to then hear nothing from anyone. When after 2 weeks of silence I asked what was going on, and was told to reread the email as it wasn't going to be escalated and I needed to recomplete the assignment, even though the email outright said "this will now have to be escalated to senior course management" Near the end of my course i got an email accusing me of using AI to cheat, only to then get to the end of the email and seeing that the email wasn't actually meant for me whatsoever. Overall, it really makes me nervous to even apply for jobs with you. Moreover, even though I have finished the course, I don't actually have any personal confidence I can write lesson plans, not only from my own anxiety but also from mixed messaged I have received about my own assignments as mentioned above. I do not regret taking this course as it helps me move forward and opens new employment opportunities. But I am left wondering if it was worth it all, or will even pay off at all.
