The material taught in the course is very valuable and I have learned many things while taking this course. However, my interactions with my mentor were very annoying. Every time I submitted an assignment to be graded, I would see a pop-up message that said something along the lines of "Your assignment will be graded within 48 hours excluding bank holidays." This was rarely the case. Not only did my mentor fail to grade multiple assignments within 48 hours, but it felt like they would wait until the 48th hour to START grading even the smallest assignments. I finished the great majority of the content of the course within one week and spent TWO WEEKS just waiting on my mentor for days on end. I wanted to get this certification done before an application deadline, but I only got this certification several hours AFTER the submission deadline because this mentor took almost FOUR DAYS to grade my final assignments (and there were ZERO bank holidays). To sum up this course experience: The actual course was great! My mentor was HORRIBLE.
