Course materials are usually helpful but delivery is inconsistent and feels cobbled together.
The tutor support is prompt but there should be the opportunity to communicate with tutor on phone particularly at the beginning. I know the org needs to make money so supply of direct support would need to be rationed but I feel this could be achieved by a token system duty tutor Roster.
