Some of the courses offered are ok, like the grammar course and the methodology course but the rest seemed a little outdated. I needed to get the certification for a specific job but I have been an ESL teacher for years and I believe this course could have included more. The Telephone classes course was especially underwhelming and I believe that the extension system is absurd and meant to take advantage of your customers. Thank you for the certificate, I guess...
