The quality overall was ok. As an individual with prior teaching experience content wise the pedagogy was sound. Tutor feedback was simple and accurate. Video and audio quality could be improved upon significantly. Particularly the sound balancing which was at times poor. Also, the two primary actors/presenters for most of the content were a touch patchy in their delivery, an issue made all the more apparent by the sudden improved presentation in found in the Telephone Teaching course due to personnel change. A final comment. A proof reader needs to go through the course text again. At times the text is in American English and at other British English and in the most egregious example (Methodology Unit 4 Module 17 of 31) both forms used within the same sentence. Along with, multiple other typos, this apparent lack of standardisation doesn’t give the best impression given the subject matter at hand.
