I am appalled and disgusted by the service. I paid for my full course with the agreement I could complete a free course initially. I unfortunately suffered a mental health related issue and although most of my pieces of work were completed I was unable to complete all sections in the specified timeframe and I was advised I could no longer continue. I paid a lot of money for my course and as I didn't complete the free course I could not move onto the next part of the course (which was paid for). I was unsatisfied but was unable to get a refund of the amount paid or continue to study. There was no option of extension. I was severely disappointed and would never recommend a course by ITTT to anyone.
