Outstanding customer service and satisfaction, The other day I found myself worried that my mothers tracker had a problem after not picking up on a sate-a-light. Thank goodness we bought our tracker from Techsilver and not another email only communication company, (we have all been there) I phoned the help line & straight through to Aaron, a caring member of the back up customer service team to talk to. He immediately took over the tracker to check the system making sure everything was working and safe.He said they can sort it out from their end and to wait for instructions from him, with in the hour. I had a phone call and email with written instructions, as a customer looking after Alzheimer's/dementia is stressful enough, but the support of tech silver technical support team is invaluable. Thank you for be there. This company go above and beyond the normal expectations with customer service and satisfaction. I can not speak highly enough of this company, personal service & a Company with old fashioned standards & values in a modern day tech world we live in. Nobody likes problems or something that's not functioning correctly, but keep calm, talk nicely to Techsilver they will do all they can do in their remit to help you. As I have said to talk to someone human on the phone, sorts problems quicker than 10 emails. Generally its operator error but this time it wasn't. So thank you Aaron for sorting things so quickly your end.
