A great service from a great company. I got just what I needed to support my mother, who’s living with dementia. Delivery was fast and it was so nice to have been offered the purchase ‘minus’ VAT. Some retailers are not only failing to offer VAT free purchases when appropriate, but when brought to task on it actually refuse to do so. Mentioning no names - Am@z*n
