Customer Service: Excellent. All questions and queries and emails answered quickly. Video for use is excellent. Tracker: Works well in UK. I bought this primarily because it allows me to talk to my husband. He has dementia and cannot use a mobile phone. It does not work indoors or in a car but otherwise is very good. I thought it would work in Tenerife but found that there is practically no G2 coverage in North Tenerife and it would not work at at all. This could be a problem but I doubt we will go abroad again and there is G2 coverage in the UK. Many places are phasing out G2 so this would be a consideration if the tracker is to be used in the EU. Overall: Expensive subscription but for me worth it for the facility to track and talk to my husband. Good support. I recommend this product.
