I had an issue with my tracker and contacted Silver Tech support who were all very friendly and professional. I then had to return the device for them to troubleshoot and they sent a pre paid label and i was able to return device. Once returned they had to arrange a replacement which arrive with 24 hours. I am very pleased with the support received and the outcome of my issue
