The computer was delivered very quickly however the computer itself has caused a certain amount of grief. I loaded the Avast anti virus program, the Thunderbird e mail program and Microsoft Works (which includes a word processor) and then deleted Google Chrome (which crept in unwanted as a by-product of loading Avast) and Mcafee anti virus. To complete the Mcafee removal a restart was required. I selected restart and the computer turned off but wouldn't turn on again. I ended up having to do a full reset which took many hours. I have since repeated exactly what I did the first time and so far all is well - but every time I start the computer I worry whether it will start or not. I am therefore still using my old 2009 computer until my trust in the new one builds up.....not really very happy about this!
