I ordered a Dell Monitor, I promptly received an email saying they had sold out of the monitor, but that maybe I wanted to consider something else. I advised the company that I did not want an alternative. They said they would refund my payment, which they did 2 days later. Whilst I did not buy anything this time, I would certainly consider them another time because of the good service and their refund promises being fulfilled.
