While delivery was very fast and packaging excellent, 1 of the 2 HP X2 convertables I ordered had a different colour top to the base. Lucky my wife isn't as fussy as me or it would have gone back. The other was fine. The 1Tb disk was not recognised on each of the tablets so had to partition and format them (10hrs each!!!). The OS installed on each of the Tablets was at different states, but neither were updatable in the state they arrived in, saying that the update server could not be contacted, and a few other errors. Partly due to a crappy install, but also due to Win10 having more bugs than my car Windscreen. Once I had done a complete reinstall of Win10 from the restore partition, and then made a few slight changes to fix the standard bugs that were still left, and also 'cleaned' the disks of old files, they finally updated correctly. After each update has worked successfully, it is important to do a disk cleanup to remove old update files or you will run out of disk space. Technoworld replied very quickly and politely to my support request email, but suggested I book it into HP to fix which wasn't good. In other words, they just shift the boxes and provide no actual support! This is important to understand, so you know what to expect if you have problem. Would I buy from them again? hmmm, possibly if their prices were better than elsewhere, but not if I wanted to have actual support with my purchase.
