The ordering process for the HP350 G2 was excellent, contact and delivery excellent, in terms of manageability so I could guarantee to be around when the laptop arrived. The only concern was the software and drivers on the laptop itself. It took me a number of hours with some false starts to get the laptop to be fully up to date and operational. More support for this would have been useful.
