I recently placed an order for some extremely good value refurbished server memory and TechBuyer check with me that it was correct before shipping - I confirmed it was the correct memory. I was wrong, I'd ordered the wrong type. TechBuyer exchanged it for the correct one within days at no extra charge. They even shipped the correct memory out *before* I returned the incorrect one. Outstanding customer service.
