Damaged Nexus 5 phone posted from Suffolk mid-afternoon Wednesday 18 January. Five e-mails from Tech Repairs between 11:58 and 16:36 on the following day, Thursday 19 January, advising when phone received and each step of the process until repaired phone despatched. Phone delivered back to me in Suffolk on Friday 20 January, good as new.
