Buying from TECH4 in the UK was a great customer experience for me. The item on the website was clearly represented, the price was very reasonable and the purchase was easy to make. Communication was great throughout. I asked customer support if the TV fixings were included and the response from Craig was totally satisfactory. The item is in fact supplied with a range of fixings which I didn’t see on the website. Maybe an update would be helpful to highlight that fixings are supplied. My overall experience was very positive. I would be happy to recommend TECH4 and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase items in the future.
