I placed an online order with K&B, for a turntable and speakers, which turned out to be out of stock. They were quick to email me with information about expected delivery, and some suggested alternatives. I rang and discussed my options with Jack, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to hang on for the original items ordered, and was kept up to date with everything by Jack. K&B have been great to deal with, and I would be happy to recommend them.
