Ordered an item that turned out to not be in stock; suspect an installer placed a large order. I was given several options proactively and my choice; to wait for an agreed period of time, was met as promised and expected. I was in the fortunate position where time was not critical to my needs but it was dealt with professionaly and the reset expectations were met. That is the service part. The item itself appears to be of good quality and I look forward to using it.
