I had a really good day's training with TCS.
I was concerned about how relevant the training would be for me due to my poor IT skills but the trainer asked inciteful questions and was able to pitch the information correctly for my learning style and pace. I had many questions about the way I worked and these were well answered and my understanding checked before moving on.
I highly recommend using TCS if you have any training requirements. It is money well spent and excellent value, given their 12-month guarantee of online help.
