When Mike initially visited our property pre renovation and redesign, we remained quiet and asked him for his ideas. Mike gave us lots of options and some really great design features that would help our home get the wow factor. His whole design to project management approach was well communicated and clear for us to plan the build. Although the cost was on first site slightly higher than our budget, the return on investment through Mikes guidance and expertise was superb.
