Had my booking for 3 months and cancelled less than 24 hours before my trip despite being re-assured only 48 hours earlier that it was waiting to be assigned to a driver and I had nothing to worry about. I spoke with the taxi firm they had assigned the job too and they said that hadn't been given the job and were no longer working with taxicode as they were an awful company to deal with and that there communication was terrible. And this is coming from the people they give work too! To make matters worse I had to chase over and over again to get my money back. Despite them saying they had sent it and blaming my bank it miraculously appeared in my account once I reported them to my bank and the police. These guys are total scammers and I would advise anyone thinking of using them to avoid them like the plague.
