Not happy at all,sent number of emails to them asking about my claim,never got any replies ,then i asked them to take me off there files,still no replies,this was going on for over a year,then i was due a tax rebate,and was told by hmrc,the cheaque would go to them,it and they took £25 from my cheaque for something they never did,never ever would i use this kind of company again,not even a phone number for them,what a rip off not happy.
