Dear Tartan Blanket team, First of all, I would like to mention that I absolutely love the products. Everything looks really well made and very soft to the touch. The colours were also a pleasant surprise as they look better in real life than they do in the website pictures. Also, really love the packaging. Very neatly packed and the box they arrived in is really sturdy and provided good protection during shipping. Everything so far is worth at least 5 stars. However, there was one weak point in the whole experience and that was the website and the ordering process at the time of purchase. It looks like it's fixed now but when I placed my order, the pricing in Euro simply wasn't shown on the product page and was only visible during checkout. Moreover, it was impossible to configure a Christmas box because the process got stuck when choosing certain elements of the box such as a pair of socks. For this reason, I can only rate my experience as 4 out of 5 stars. Hopefully, for my next order everything will go smoothly and the overall experience will be better because the products a very good and they deserve to be backed up by a straightforward ordering process as well.
