I love your products but have two concerns:
1. When I ordered on line, I was not given a choice with regard to shipping. I had to accept the rather expensive express air shipping ($25 plus). Yes, it was fast but a lot of money. Later, I found out that you do offer slower service. Please explain.
2. The paper envelope wrapping over the box was all torn and some of the tape had been torn off. You need to tape the paper more thoroughly for overseas shipments, please.
Otherwise, so happy to have found you as I LOVE WOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
