The knee blanket is lovely very soft and well presented in a cardboard box wrapped in a brown paper envelope - no plastic. It took 6 days to arrive but I didnt get an immediate confirmatary e-mail and thought that the order hadn't gone through. It was marked out of stock the next time I checked the website. So I wasn't really expecting it to arrive. All good now though.
