Very smooth transaction - I booked the course over the telephone with an advisor called James' confirmation email received within minutes confirming the booking. The joining instructions were then sent shortly after - all very easy. The course was delivered by Richard in a very professional and enjoyable manner with interesting facts and discussion amongst the entire group along the way.
