Sorry I am disappointed with the after sales service. The pop up waste plug is not fit for purpose it does not hold water in sink. It was professionally fitted and yet the chap on the phone implied it may have been the wrong size for the sink. The builder I use only employes qualified fitters who assures me this is not the case. He promptly gave me the Grohe helpline. I may return this item
