Ordered a Grohe Zedra tap in March. Arrived within a couple of days. No problem. Unfortunately due to our house sale falling through, an eventual purchase of another property and arranging builders etc the plumber removed the item from the box and attempted to fit the tap 25th October. Unfortunately the tap spout that supposedly push fits onto the main body (YouTube video shows this as a simple push fit) will not push down flush with the body. I have tried to call Taps Empire numerous times, office closed. I have also emailed them, no response! I have contacted the manufacturers and it appears there may be a manufacturing fault? Can someone from Taps Empire please respond and not state your 14 day return policy which I’m fully aware of but offer some assistance with an exchange or other suitable option? Than you.
