Having purchased a vanity unit and heated towel rail delivery was within a week. Unfortunately a toilet was delivered instead of the unit and a week later I am still waiting for the replacement unit and collection of the toilet. Help by email has been reasonable but in spite of various promises re delivery nothing has arrived. I will review the products when in situ.
