Having worked with Talos360 for over 3 years, I've always been very happy with their drive to continually develop the product offering, and the support functions working alongside this. The Support Teams are friendly, personable, and always ready to provide solutions... building strong customer relationships with myself and the wider team. Talos360 is an agile ATS provider and caters to our sometimes ambiguous requests. We are not a "typical" customer, having two pillars to our recruitment need that are supported by Talos360. The first is a regular / contingency recruitment process for our landside vacancies. The second is an international recruitment machine attracting global talent to join our shipboard retail teams, typically looking to hire about 50 people a week.
