If I could give a zero, I would. We signed up for full fibre 16 months ago, till date the engineers did not do what they were supposed to do, I have just been told today that there is a problem which the engineers have not fixed, meaning we have been left with a very poor internet service which drops randomly. To add insult to injury they overcharged us because "our contract" ended and all discounts no longer apply. However, there is no contract as the contract expired 16 months ago and we were meant to be on a new contract which never went live. I have been passed from one team to the other, finally someone refunded the overcharge after several calls and of course I cancelled the service. It is a shame because we have been with talktalk for at almost 10 years.
