Lisa from Talent finder was incredibly helpful. I didn't realise at the beginning just how helpful she would be. I don't enjoy the paperwork of hiring people or doing interviews and Lisa kept me highly motivated and on track getting in touch with candidates. She regularly checked in on me and made the process very smooth. I would absolutely recommend Lisa and the Talent Finder company to others. I did take a gamble using them because it was a random email they sent to me asking if I needed help recruiting. Normally these emails get binned straight away but I saw they had good reviews and just went for it. I'm glad I did.
