Having spoken to several providers, and tried to contact others who did not reply (for a telephone answering service!), the conversation with Tina at Take My Calls seemed to offer good value and excellent service. Our requirements were slightly different to many but these were taken in their stride and a script quickly developed. We have done a couple of test calls and also asked our customers who had their calls answered by Take My Calls for their opinions, all positive and reinforced the decision we had made.
