This was our first experience of using a Tailster carer. The whole listing, accepting a quote, booking and payment procedures were very easy to work through! Helen, our carer, made a couple of visits to our home getting to know us and, more importantly, our two guinea pigs. The care they received in their own home was second to none and we received daily photographs putting our minds totally at rest during the time we were on holiday safe in the knowledge they were happy! We are now totally committed to using Tailster, Helen in particular, for future holidays! Thank you.
