Rocky loves the kibble and wet food foil trays. He also likes the treats and that is a positive for us, he isnt particularly food oriented and only really responded with cheese. This weather a small cube of cheese quickly turns into mush. Although he is very active and an ideal weight he doesnt always finish his bags of kibble within the month, but I get reminders of when it is due to ship, so if I have any leftover altering my delivery date is really easy. Customer service replies promptly to any queries, the price is good in comparison to other companies, delivery is prompt and again very easy with Hermes as their partner. I would also like to point out that I have never had cause to return anything so cannot attest to ease of refunds but as everything else is prompt and easy I am sure that would be too.
