Ernest Topper is 9, but has the energy and health of a dog half his age. The food definitely contributes to this. The price is worth it! Delivery happens- for us we usually seem to have one month in hand even though he has exactly the recommended daily amount. (We could pause this, I know). I have no experience of returns or refunds.
