The first small sized version that was sent was in such faint and small print as to be almost unreadable. However, I pointed this out by phone and a larger sized replacement copy was immediately posted to me - without quibble or hesitation. The clarity and size of this second copy was very much improved but, for an 88 year old, who was not brought up to be computer savvy, I was hoping for more sympathetic guidance with less knowledge being assumed.
