A very big thank you to Mary for her kindness and empathy. She was very helpful in guiding us to achieve a good send off for my friend. Whatever she is being paid is not enough. The whole process was very thoughtful to the point of Graeme and Mary coming to the home, as my friend is housebound to plan the funeral. On the day of the funeral, Graeme and his team were very attentive and this helped to make a very sad day go smoothly. Thank you very much.
