Yesterday we said goodbye to my dad. He was a Jag man which was one of the reasons we decided to use Cribbs in Pitsea so that his final journey would be in a Jag. From start to finish they were amazing. Our initial meeting was with Debbie and she couldn't have been more helpful. She stayed in contact with me the whole time and nothing was too much trouble. When we went to see my dad in the Chapel of rest he looked lovely and it gave our family, especially my mum great comfort to see him looking so peaceful. Yesterday the funeral procession was lead by Danny and from the moment they arrived they couldn't do enough for us. He was respectful, friendly and made us feel instantly at ease. Thank you from the bottom of my heart from myself, my mum and my family.
