The kindness and compassion is second to none. When Dad passed away I had no idea what I had to do, Shantelle and Libby guided me through it all from registering the death to arranging the funeral. The attention to detail was superb. Nothing was too much trouble, no question too silly. Joe was amazing, he called the day before to check the detail. He had such a lovely way about him , compassionate, kind and reassuring, and made a difficult day so much easier. The professionalism is second to none, I highly recommend.
