From start to finish SWR have been great to deal with. They understood what we needed to achieve and were very helpful with suggesting options, pros/cons of different alternatives and things to consider. Part of the requirement was for access and mobility reasons and SWR immediately knew about the VAT exemption without having to be prompted. The survey and installation team did a fantastic job and somehow managed to finish the job without us even needing to do even a single brushstroke of decorating or making good. The new doors have completely transformed both the use of the space and also the view and enjoyment of our garden. The amount of light compared to the original developer-spec UPVC doors is amazing. Highly recommended. p.s. When we had one minor post-installation concern, their response was immediate and completely reassuring. It gives us confidence in our decision and of long term support.
