The remote controllers on our garage door both stopped working. A team came out and diagnosed the fault and ordered a replacement part. As soon as it arrived another team came and fitted it with no problems. Call-out fee was paid in advance and there were no extra charges. Both teams were very efficient and helpful. We have had the doors for three years and SWR still look after their customers.
