As previously stated the engineers fixed the issue promptly and professionally.
SWR contacted me by telephone to explain that it was a manufacture problem and not an installation issue and have now kindly refunded the repair costs.
I have no hesitation in recommending SWR and I will be using them for an automatic garage door replacement in the future.
