From the initial phone call, through to final installation SWR have been brilliant to deal with. Great product knowledge helped us make the correct choice for our property. The site survey was completed exactly as promised and once order our pergola awning arrived sooner than expected. Both installation teams were equally good. Turning up when they promised and communicating along the way. Superb lads on site, friendly and polite and highly skilled. The installation was done in half a day and we are delighted with the awning.
