Very efficient installation by Tom and Boe, they cleared up really well and the new door is working well. Great work guys! I’m giving the company a three star rating instead of five because the previous door was supplied by SWR in 2011 and the motor has been failing for a couple of years, therefore not a great track record. It was never a good performer, was very noisy and required adjustments a few years back. This was a Securiflex type and I would definitely not recommend it. Additionally, the old door was black and as the location is south facing, the garage was always hot in summer. The current sales and tech staff advise against this now.
