Dave and Joe from SWR fitted a Hormann garage door for us earlier this week. The work went very well and was completed in a timely fashion. No mess, no fuss, just a great job by a couple of great guys. Post installation they showed me both how to operate and lubricate the doors/ mechanism. This was done professionally and with patience. Additionally, I had to delay installation for around 4 weeks due to a leak in the garage roof. At no point during this time was I pressed by SWR for an installation date, they just stored the door until the leak was sorted. Great customer service. Finally, this, my first experience of SWR, has led me to believe that it is a professionally managed company with an astonishing high level of customer focus. Well done to all concerned.
